Introduction

Hello, I'm Ade. I took up running as an adult in March 2017 to try Parkrun and having sort of enjoyed it, have been out on the roads and trails most weeks since.  After looking for some variety and some inspiration, I joined Chesapeake Road Runners in early 2020. 

This blog is just a collection of notes taken of some of the more notable events covered since then.

Stort 30 2019
